Okay. Here we go again. I could not stay away for too long from AlphaXc. We will start the conversation and keep it going, as the Spirit leads us.
What is it that churches should focus on as they listen to God's heart for the world today? Should churches focus on extension, on become more. Perhaps we should be more powerful, wealthy, influential.
Yet, when we read the words of Jesus, then we see a deconstruction of the notion of becoming more. In fact we read, we should become less, take narrow paths and we read about laying down our lives. How would a christian community look like that aim at becoming less, taking lonely narrow paths and actually deciding to die ?
